Bison started in 2007 with the purchase of a single residential rental property by soon to be college sophomores at the University of South Dakota. One property quickly evolved into two and Bison was born. Eventually the rental portfolio was sold and Bison began acquiring other companies. Today Bison operates a diverse group of holdings out of the Midwest which continues to expand through acquisition and strategic growth.
